IMAGE/DESIGN CONSENT AND RELEASE
(Great American Cookies)

For value received and without further consideration, I hereby irrevocably consent to the use and re-use of all images and designs of the cookie cake designed by me and sent to representatives of GAC Franchising, LLC (the franchisor of Great American Cookies) on or about (the “Designs”), by GAC Franchising, LLC and its successors, assigns and affiliates, including FAT Brands Inc. (collectively, “GAC”), and others with GAC’s consent, for the purposes of utilizing and modifying the Designs in the production and sales of cookie cakes and related products by GAC, for illustration, advertising, promotion, display or publication, and for any other lawful purpose. This Consent and Release has no limits as to media, territory or time, and will be valid upon execution and delivery by me and acceptance by GAC’s authorized representatives by any form of media, physical or electronic.

I understand that the Designs may be cropped, edited or otherwise modified or altered and that whether any of them is used, and how they are used, is entirely for GAC (or its licensee or affiliate) to decide. I hereby relinquish all rights to review or approve any such use of the Designs and assign and transfer to GAC and its successors, assigns and affiliates, the full and exclusive right, title, and interest in and to the Designs.

I hereby authorize GAC, and others with its consent, to use my name and any biographical data I may provide in connection with any use of the Designs.

I hereby represent and warrant that I have full authority to grant this consent and release. Nothing herein violates the terms of any affiliation or agreement I may have with any third party and I take full responsibility for satisfying all obligations arising from any such affiliation or agreement.

I HEREBY RELEASE GAC FRANCHISING, LLC, ITS AFFILIATES, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS, TOGETHER WITH THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES, AGENCIES AND LICENSEES, FROM ALL LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH ANY USE OF THE DESIGNS.
